All shipments from Ready, Set, Play are expertly packed with methods developed over 12 years of successful shipping experience. We rarely see items damaged in shipping when using these methods, and are confident that you will receive the items in the condition that they left our warehouse.

We ship all orders out via UPS (lower 48 states), and thus you will automatically receive $100 insurance on your order. We will also e-mail you the tracking number when it ships. Most orders (placed on weekdays prior to 3 p.m.) ship out the same day they are received and you should see the order within five days of shipment, depending on your location in the US. If you need your order shipped to a PO Box, we can do so, but prefer to use UPS for the tracking and insurance it provides.

We are able to ship orders outside the United States, please contact us directly via e-mail with a list of the items you would like to order, and we will let you know your shipping options. Since every country has different shipping rates, our shopping cart can not quote you the shipping costs when placing the order.
